Wedding Mosaic

More Photoshop Magic!!!

Ok, so at first glance it may look like I have done a terrible job on the post production of this image. Look how pixilated it is….. Look really closely how pixilated it is!!! This one image is actually a mosaic made up 9000 individual photos from this wedding. Actually only 800 photos repeated where required.

Click on the photo and you can zoom in on the pixels to see the images within this photo.

Imagine a large canvass print of this – From a distance one of your favourite photos from your wedding day – up close, every picture of every moment on display instead of gathering dust in the bottom of some draw.

Photoshop Magic

The power of photoshop never fails to amaze me. It is not a simple program to learn but once you get the hang of it, the posbilities are limitless. It really does give you the ability to take good pictures and make them GREAT!!!

I always love seeing pictures SOTC (Straight Out of The Camera) and then once they have had some photoshop love. The difference always blows me away.

Anyone interested in learning more about how to use photoshop should check out the weekely podcast photoshopusertv there is a new episode every Tuesday. I never miss it – lots of good tips and tricks.

Below are a couple of images I was playing round with last night. Please leave a comment and let me know which version of each picture is your favourite. Sometimes the hardest part is picking which one to present to a bride and groom.

This is sooo funny….

I hope you all enjoyed the car shots I used last week while I was figuring out this new blogging software. For those who aren’t car buffs I thought it was time to change it up and insert a little humour. This video cracked me up. I am sure every bride and groom past, present and future can relate to on some level…

Enjoy…

McLaren Mercedes SLR

These photos were taken at a very cool event I worked for Mercedes in Miami. The car is a Mclaren Merecedes SLR. It is a great car but not really suited for the race track. As big as the brakes are they were not up to the task of repeated high speed braking on a rack track. But that didn’t stop us from having a ton of fun in them. We had 12 at our disposal.

Unfortunately this program was discontinued after Mercedes filled there sales quota for the SLR in America. However they still run a program at various tracks around the USA each year using every vehicle in their AMG range.

Check out this link for the 2008 AMG Challenge

Click on any of the pitures below for a gallery of more images from the event.
