Having just restarted training myself (see Nike+Ipod entry) I was impressed to find this new company at the Bridal Show on the weekend – sounds like a fun way to get prepared for one of the biggest days of your life – I especially thought that the ‘couples package’ sounded like a great way to work as a team towards looking fit and fabulous for your wedding.
