Swimming with the Sea Gulls

 I was enjoying a swim in the pool yesterday. I must have looked like I was enjoying myself as a flock of seagulls decided to come and join me.  Feeling inspired, I grabbed my camera to see what sort of shots I could come up with. Sea gulls really aren’t very co-operative and my patience soon ran out. But before it did here are a couple of frames I managed to grab.

I much prefer photographing beautiful brides. I am really looking forward to this weekends wedding at Marina Mirage. It should be a great affair. The Bride to be has an unusual talent that should make for some really interesting Bridal shots…

Caroline & Michael

It was a stormy windy day when Caroline and Michael came to Ephraim Island to have their engagement photos taken.  The rain held off just long enough for us to get some really cool shots that captured the mood of the day.

Dan & Donna

Dan & Donna are getting married in Coolangatta in 2010. They have two beautiful young children that by then will be old enough to participate in the wedding. So there are sure to be plenty of cute kid shots from this wedding.

Fish for Lunch

On the South side of Ephraim Island (where our home and studio are located) there is a reserve that is home to all sorts of incredible bird life. When I went for a walk on the weekend, I had my camera on me…. I have to admit I take it pretty much everywhere lol, but I was pleased I did as I managed to capture these two shots.

I Don’t Like Fishing…

Much to the disgust of some of my male friends, I don’t like fishing… Feeding the fish on the other hand is becoming an enjoyable pastime each evening after dinner. I am not sure if it is possible to train fish but I am sure each day there are more and more fishies coming for tea…

You will see from the pics that some of my new fishy friends need to work on their table manners a little bit and learn to share.
